At Delaware Vision Academy, we offer specialty eyewear design and fitting which includes safety glasses, putting lenses in vintage and antique eyeglass frames, specific tints for brain injury and brain disease treatment as well as specific light wavelength filtration for specific activities, sports glasses, personalized sunglasses, specialty frames for patients with special needs such as hearing aids, handicaps and disabilities. Our staff will help you find the best fit for your specific need and explain how different lenses and frames will impact your vision and daily comfort.

Our optical offers a large selection of budget friendly frames, designer frames and sunglasses for all ages. We carry the latest fashion eyewear collections in a variety of styles, colors, and materials including metals, plastics and hybrid materials.

Contact Lenses

We offer a wide variety of contact lens options to suit all patients!

We offer all major brands of soft contact lenses including Coopervision, Alcon, Vistakon and Bauch & Lomb. We have experience fitting patients in contacts with astigmatism, bifocals, rigid gas permeable lenses as well as Orthokeratology lenses.

Ortholeratology uses gas permeable (hard lenses) to temporarily re-shape the cornea to reduce or eliminate the need for daytime glasses or contact lenses. These specialty lenses are worn while you sleep and can reduce the rapid progression of myopia (nearsightedness) in children. To schedule an evaluation, call our office.
